RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery, strictly for wrong or damaged items only.
Return should be done within 48 hours after receiving the product
Exchange product will be delivered within 3-8 working days
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Share an unboxing video showing the parcel being opened.
- Ensure the video clearly highlights the damaged/wrong/missing product in its original, packed condition.
- Include close-up shots of:
- The damaged/defective part.
- The original tags and labels on the item.
- The outer packaging.
📸 A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory. Claims without proper video proof may not be processed. In case of incomplete evidence or tampered packaging, Trinket Queen reserves the right to decline the request.

REFUNDS
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be credited within 3–5 business days to your bank account.
- If the amount does not reflect in your account within this period, please reach out to us at thetrinketqueen@gmail.com.
INVALID REASONS FOR RETURN
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- “I changed my mind.”
- “I no longer want the product.”
- “Ordered by mistake.”
Once an order is placed, it is considered a binding purchase agreement. Kindly ensure you are confident before confirming your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prepaid Orders: Once placed, cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation should be done before order is shipped.
- Return to Origin (RTO) / Non-Acceptance:
- If a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, a ₹300 fee will be charged to cover logistics and handling.
