Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping across India for orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur ₹80 shipping charge, while prepaid orders incur ₹40. These charges will be applied at checkout.
Order Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our fulfillment centers. Delivery typically takes 6-7 business days depending on your location and courier performance. Please allow extra time for delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking (AWB) number via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp within 1-2 days.
Multiple Packages
To ensure faster delivery, items may be shipped separately if sourced from different warehouses or if some are back-ordered. You may receive multiple shipments for one order.
Delays, Loss, and Insurance
All orders are insured and trackable. If your order is delayed, lost, or returned, we will either resend or replace it based on the situation.
